SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND IMPORT DUTIES
CelluGlam ships products internationally, including to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Products may be dispatched directly from our supplier or fulfilment partner.
Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays or other external factors.
Import duties, taxes and additional charges:
Where applicable, customs duties, VAT, GST or other import taxes may be levied upon delivery by your local customs authority. The customer is solely responsible for paying all such duties, taxes and charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs shown on our site.
For customers in the United Kingdom: since Brexit, orders from outside the UK may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties. Orders valued above £135 may be subject to additional charges upon arrival.
For customers in Australia: orders above AUD $1,000 may be subject to GST and customs duties upon import.

Non-collection or refused delivery:
If a customer refuses to pay import duties or taxes, or fails to collect a package, the carrier or customs authority may return or destroy the package. In such cases, no refund of the purchase price will be issued, and the customer remains liable for all associated costs.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colours will be accurate.
